Transcripts, summaries, and quiz content generated from your own source material belong to you. AI-generated analysis is provided as a tool for your use — please verify accuracy independently for important applications.

laminai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We specifically disclaim:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of 100% transcription or analysis accuracy
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

AI-generated content should be verified before use in academic submissions, professional work, or critical decision-making.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, laminai and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits arising from Service use
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated summaries or analyses
• Third-party API downtime or rate limiting affecting service availability

laminai uses AI inference APIs to deliver its features. This means:

• You are subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your plan
• Free-tier accounts have limited requests per minute and per day
• Our AI provider's terms of use apply to all inference requests

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service or the Service itself at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of laminai after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
